Return Policy:

KVBosch.com offers a 7days replacement guarantee, which means that you can return back the faulty or damaged items back to us with in 7days of receipt(delivery) of the items by sending a replacement request to our email.
This subjects to following conditions:
1. The number of days to raise a return request is calculated from the delivery date.
2. All return request has to be send our support email "support@kvbosch.com”
3. The returns are accepted for following reasons only.
     a.The Product has significant physical damages during the receipt - Proof of Pictures required with date for approval.
     b.The product is not working during the receipt - model no. and serial no. required for approval.
     c. Partial Damage, where only a damaged part need to be returned - Pictures required with date for approval.
4. The returns are accepted only if the products are unused and packed in the original manufacturer packing as received
5. Damages and issues happened after the usage due to improper usage or intentional damages caused by the buyer will not be accepted.
6. Accessories and consumables which has been used and which has common wear and tear in nature are not accepted under return guarantee
7. Returned items will be verified by KVBosch service team and Manufacturer service centers to confirm the problem.
8. Buyers need to pay the return shipping charges and they need to ship the goods on their own.
9. Replacements will be processed in 2-5 working days after receiving the product at our warehouse and the claims are justified.
10. We will reimburse the return Shipping charges (if the claim is justified as problems in product supplied or damaged in transit) as customer credit balance in your account with KVBosch, this credit amount will get deducted on your next purchase.
11.Shipping charges are non refundable, if there is no issues in supplied items, but the buyer returned the item due to mistakenly ordered item or change of mind after the item got shipped.
12. Full Refunds are approved for the order cancelled by buyer before the item get shipped or cancelled by us due to no stock.
13. Partial refund of the actual product value after deducting the actual shipping charges incurred for to & from for refund claims raised due to mistakenly ordered item or change of mind after the item got shipped.
14. Normal processing time of 2-14 working days applicable for all refunds towards bank process depends on the mode of payment.
15. Returns or Claims raised after 15days of receipt will not be covered under return policy. But the warranty policy of the manufacturer will be covered if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
